Eaton InSpired is a huge undertaking for a small village. None of it would have been possible without the support of the village community and a range of grant funders
Our Funders
The total cost of this project is £395,000 and to date we have raised around £334,000 so we still have £65,000 to go.

Our principal funder is the National Lottery Heritage fund who have supported us with almost £250,000.
The National Lottery Heritage Fund is the largest funder for the UK’s heritage. Using money raised by National Lottery players they support projects that connect people and communities to heritage.
"Our vision is for heritage to be valued, cared for and sustained for everyone, now and in the future. From historic buildings, our industrial legacy and the natural environment, to collections, traditions, stories and more. Heritage can be anything from the past that people value and want to pass on to future generations. We believe in the power of heritage to ignite the imagination, offer joy and inspiration, and to build pride in place and connection to the past."
We are truly grateful to the National Lottery Heritage Fund and for all the National Lottery players who have made this possible

Eaton InSpired has also received generous grants from the following:
The Beatrice Laing Trust
Jack Patston Trust
Maud Elkington Trust
Florence Turner Trust
We thank all of them for their support and sharing our vision for Eaton InSpired
Community Fundraising
The church restoration has received significant support from The Friends of St Denys, a charity set up in 1998 to support the church through a range of fundraising events including concerts and the successful village Christmas lunch. We're very grateful to those who have given so much time to raise over £22,000.
The Eaton School Fund was formed when the village school closed and the property, owned by the church, was sold for housing. This provides interest to support ongoing repairs and maintenance of the church as well as the annual parish share. This has provided £30,000.
We are also exrememely grateful to the wide number of individuals in the parish who have supported Eaton InSpired by making donations, attending events, baking cakes and eating many scones! Thank you!
